We all deserve a world where we can be free, and you're right, being distracted by life, it can be far too easy to fall into the 'if it doesn't impact me directly I don't care' category. Of course we can't care about/be involved in every injustice, but we can absolutely look at this as an opportunity to see where we are continuing to feed into the narratives that keep these power structures going, and where we can do better in checking out, connecting to our humanity, and being a part of the real change that needs to happen on this planet so these cycles come to and end.
